some tips r to maybe discover some new hobbies, make some friends, if your able to, you can go outside, if your not scared you can try to face alot of your fears or do some activities that make you happy! you could also binge watch a youtube family, gaming, anything that makes you happy, do it! you can try to slowly wean yourself off of watching it, see how long you can go without It. try to make it to a day, and inch yourself closer day by day until your mind is mostly off of it, also, nsfw isnt super bad. you don't have to be ashamed of it, its an addiction. a temporary one, at your age, your obviously interested and curious about it. its fine to be curious. so, try to make it to a week without watching it, its fine to think about it for a second, but dont go overboard with it :D if you wanna add me, my discord is @strawbilliepuppyy, i have a cat profile picture (display name is rabiez), you can give me updates and we can be friends, I'll try to help you get thru it :3 love you!!
