Just came home after s’a, my family doesn’t believe that happened to me
is it normal to constantly think you're being listened and watched through your phone and laptop? And then proceeding to talk to "them" so much that you basically have to explain every single little thing you're talking about and every song you're listening to? I know I'm paranoid but I can't it.
