Be gentle with yourself and give yourself a treat every time you dont watch/read nsfw. Develop other activities like enjoying a sport or hobby you like so you have no time/interest in porn. REMEMBER THAT PORN ADDICTION CAUSES TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES ESPECIALLY IF YOURE UNDER 18!!
