Fake claiming is ableist if you are NOT someones therapist or doctor.
Also, DID is soooo hard to live with. Why would someone fake it? There are a lot less malingerers than you'd think.
Even people who do malinger deserve support, not hate. If someone fakes a disorder, it is likely due to another mental illness.
