i'm back, with a good update!
i finally sought out for help!
i spoke to a therapist and called cps!
(my dad has been abusing me too)
they took them away, and now i'm safe!!! <33
i will also be going to a really nice mental hospital,
i've been to two before, and they made my health worse :c
i'm now in a foster, but will be going to the hospital soon! ^^
