cry in silence, laugh out loud, eat insects, get entomophobia, thalassophobia, eat your own flesh or pinch your nipples, listen some music, be ready to fight with anything (a lamp, glass bottle, desk, tv, flower pot, anything at hand)
eat a guitar, play a bread.
