Once you get your first follow, you follow the person back by going to their profile on almost any device and clicking the 3 dots at the top right corener of their profile page. Click/tap the 3 dots and then select the follow button. You have followed the person! To check who you are following go to your profile and under your username there will be how many friends, followers, and following you have. Click the one needed to the the process! (you won't need friends)

Go and repeat the process again! Feel free to follow back on a alt if needed. (if you will follow back on a alt say the display/username of your alt and that you will be following back on it.
