The concrete near the pool was warm since the evening. People were
scattered around it, and so was i. “Here’s your cup!” Rosie said,
handing me what seemed like.. punch and vodka..? “Hey, we have to

me her pearly whites “yes we can” i sighed but giving out a breathey
chuckle. I took a sip.. not so bad, “how’s it been, you know.. after you
and H/N broke up” rosie said as she sat beside me. “Well.. how else
is it supposed to be, whats done is done” i replied, bringing the cup
back up to my lips. “Did you see him,” rosie began “he was inside
talking to some red head” she continued a the words rolled off her

people. I spotted H/N’s brother across the crowded house, i walked
over to him, placing a hand on his shoulder. He turned to face me
“Hey! How’ve you been Y/N?” he said loud enough for me to hear, but
soft enough to not hurt my ears. “I’ve been decent, happy to see ya yk”
i smiled at him, putting both hands on his shoulders as he put his on
my waist, smiling back.
