✦ subliminals. they're cute, aesthetically pleasing and whenever i listen to them my heart starts racing, which i decided means they're working. i don't believe subs can distort your face or attract bad luck, which are things i've seen other people complain about. i believe i unconsciously block out any unwanted effects and don't let things like these make me paranoid.
✦ affirmations. i like writing down affirmations and making cute, aesthetically pleasing posts on here with my affs, but i also write more personal ones on my phone and always try to make them pretty, just because it's more enjoyable for me that way. writing down affs is very soothing to me and instantly calms me down when i'm not feeling my best or having doubts.
✦ pinterest boards. i have a hard time visualizing, so saving images on my pinterest and making boards dedicated to things i want to manifest helps me a lot. since i struggle with creating mental images, i use the pictures i find on pinterest as a reference. i have pinterest boards for manifesting certain facial features (plump lips, luscious hair), my desired wardrobe, childhood revision
𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑒! personally, i believe methods aren't important, what's important is that you believe your manifestations are possible and have fun while manifesting. for that reason, i do strictly whatever's fun and enjoyable for me!
