here is my what i eat in a day, healthy edition!! so in the morning i ate greek vanilla yogurt with fresh berries, for a snack i had two pickles (they are zero cals, dont judge) and for lunch i had flat bread with hummas! then i went to my pilatese class later in the day and for a drink, i brought water and put sliced cucumbers in it; for dinner i had chicken alfredo with some green tea with no sugar (green tea helps with bloating)
